NHS Digital provide services in ENGLAND so are not able to access any data held in Scotland. You are NOT required to opt out as your data is already safe. We take patient confidentiality extremely seriously and safeguards are in place to protect this, including when data is used for research. Leith Mount Surgery provides a Text Message Reminder Service.mobile


Once you have made an appointment, you will receive a text reminder on your mobile phone for this appointment 2 days before the actual appointment.

If the appointment is made a day before then no text message will be sent to you.
 
If you have requested a telephone appointment then please note that the system will still send you a reminder for this on your mobile phone but remember not to attend the surgery.  The Doctor will telephone you.
 
Please ensure that we have your correct mobile phone number.
